We help real estate players to reduce their CO2 footprint by integrating our cutting-edge HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)  optimization software. We make ESG more than vain words with tangible results in GWh and tons of CO2 saved.

What you’ll do

In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a Head of Business Development DACH (m/f/d) to join our team and build an expert sales squad.

As Head of Business Development you will:

  • Acquire new business and build strong long-term partnerships with the largest commercial real estate players across Europe
  • Develop, test and execute ambitious commercial and marketing strategies to achieve the company goals
  • Build and train an A-team of self-driven sales and account managers
  • Manage your department’s sales funnel efficiently aiming for both short and long-term wins
  • Promote Thermosphr to the real estate industry in client meetings and at professional events
  • Develop a strong network in a complex ecosystem of clients and prescribers
  • Share the customers’ needs with our technical, operations and management teams to improve our product and service offer 

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, of which 3+ years as team lead. Experience in the real estate industry a strong plus,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in your internal and external interactions,
  • A solid track record in achieving sales targets and driving salesforce efficiently,
  • A strong capacity /willingness to understand complex and technical products,
  • A contagious positive attitude,
  • Native German and fluent English. Any other language a plus.
