We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company with the mission to make food production part of the solution to climate change, biodiversity loss, and food security. We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. Klim unlocks financing and knowledge to make regenerative agriculture an effective, beneficial, and easily accessible tool, not only for the climate, but especially for farmers to improve soil health and farm profitability. For the expansion of Klim to Poland, we are looking for an agricultural expert who leads the market entry, builds and manages a farmer support team and develops the agricultural operations in Poland.

• Lead regenerative supply chain transformation projects with intermediary companies, producers and retailers
• Own and evolve our go-to-market strategy
• Own farmer onboarding to the Klim platform and commercialization of additional products and services to farmers
• Build, lead and manage our farmer support and farmer consulting teams
• In cooperation with our global team, challenge global products and services for the Polish market
• Build a strong network with multipliers and associations to drive farmer growth
• Manage farm and farming verification operations
• Representation of Klim and our mission at events and conferences

• At least 5 years of work experience in a business development or consulting position (or similar) with agribusiness context
• Academic degree in agricultural studies or a strong (family) farm background
• Polish agricultural market knowledge and strong network in the sector
• Ideally: Knowledge about regenerative agriculture and soil health
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• High level of self organization, proactivity and strong project management skills
• Fluency in English and Polish
